This Arca-Type Quick-Release Plate from Acratech is compatible with the Canon Rebel G, G2, 2000 and the Rebel Ti when a BP-200 battery grip is attached. It will also fit the Nikon D40. This plate is compatible with most Arca-Swiss type release clamps. It's machined in the USA from 6061 T-6 aluminum and features an anti-twist lip that prevents rotation.
