Echo Show 10

With a 10.1" touchscreen HD display and a 13MP camera, the glacier white 3rd generation Amazon Echo Show 10 uses video capabilities to expand on traditional Alexa functionality. Equipped with Wi-Fi and a built-in microphone, the Echo Show 10 connects to your home's wireless network and allows you to video chat with friends, play music, check the weather and traffic reports, hear sports scores, watch videos, and more. When video chatting, the screen and camera follow you around the room automatically, and you can manually tilt it up or down for optimal viewing.

The built-in microphones allow the Echo Show 10 to respond to your voice via its 3" woofer and two 1" tweeters; with Amazon Alexa built-in, you can ask the Echo Show 10 for the weather and traffic details for your commute, among other things. Bluetooth is also onboard, enabling the Echo Show 10 to wirelessly pair and play audio from a variety of audio sources, such as smartphones and tablets, or output the audio to compatible Bluetooth speakers.

Note:

Hands-free voice control is not supported for macOS devices. Bluetooth speakers requiring PIN codes are not supported. Does not support connecting to ad-hoc (or peer-to-peer) Wi-Fi networks. Alexa speaks English and Spanish.

Move around the room during video calls or while you're cooking along to a recipe and the brilliant 10.1" HD screen will automatically turn to face you. You can stay focused on who you're talking to or what you're watching.

Stay in Frame While You Stay Connected

Catch up with your favorite people without having to worry about keeping yourself in frame. Using auto-framing, the 13MP camera can pan and zoom to make sure you and your family are front and center. Make video calls to those with the Alexa app, an Echo Show, Skype, and â�� following a future firmware update â�� Amazon Chime or Zoom.

Voice Control Your Home

Alexa can control thousands of compatible smart home devices like security cameras, lights, thermostats, and more. Just ask it to show you the front door camera or brighten the kitchen lights.

Easily set up and control compatible Zigbee smart home devices without the need for a separate hub. Say "Alexa, discover my devices," and the Echo Show 10 will discover and set up compatible devices so you can control them with your voice or manage them on-screen. Following a future firmware update, the hub will also work with Ring Smart Lighting.

Take a Look around When You're Away

Securely access the built-in camera to look around the room â�� it's peace of mind whenever you want. You can also use Alexa Guard to help you keep your home and family safe. Once it's set up, Alexa can send you Smart Alerts if your Echo device detects the sound of smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, or glass breaking.

Packed with Entertainment

The speakers deliver premium, directional sound that adapts to the space you're in. See lyrics, recommendations, and album art with Amazon Music or stream from Apple Music, Spotify, and more. The HD screen brings your shows to life from Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu, and other favorites. It's also perfect for catching up on the latest news and sports highlights.

Alexa Can Be Your Sous-Chef

As your kitchen companion, Alexa is ready to help you add to shopping lists, remind you of calendar events, or tell you how many grams are in a tablespoon. You can cook along to step-by-step recipes, and with a one-year complimentary subscription to Food Network Kitchen Premium, get exclusive access to cooking classes and shows. Just say, "Alexa, open Food Network Kitchen."

Put Your Photos on (Smart) Display

You can use Amazon Photos or photos from Facebook to turn your home screen into a digital frame that uses adaptive color to make your favorite pics look great in any light. And with the built-in camera, you can easily add to your photo album by saying, "Alexa, take a selfie." Plus, Prime members get unlimited photo storage.

Designed to Protect Your Privacy

The Echo Show 10 is built with multiple layers of privacy controls, including a mic/camera off button and a built-in shutter to cover the camera. Easily turn on/off motion at any time by voice, on-device, or in the Alexa app. The processing that powers screen motion happens on the device â�� no images or videos are sent to the cloud to provide the motion feature. You can also view and delete your voice recordings.

Designed for Simple Setup and Use

Just plug in the Echo Show 10, connect it to your Wi-Fi network, and ask Alexa for music, weather, news, and more.

Accessibility Features

On Echo devices with screens, you can enable Alexa captioning and closed captioning, magnify the screen, toggle color inversion, and choose between color correction options. You can also enable the VoiceView screen reader to use gestures to navigate the screen and hear spoken feedback about the items you select.

Eco-Friendly Design

The Echo Show 10 is made from 30% post-consumer recycled plastics, 100% post-consumer recycled fabric, and the Echo Show 10, cable, and adapter are all made from 100% recycled die-cast aluminum. It automatically enters Low Power Mode when it is idle, in certain user configurations. 99% of the packaging is made of wood fiber-based materials from responsibly managed forests or recycled sources. Via a future firmware update, Alexa will help you track and manage the energy usage of all your Alexa-connected devices via an energy dashboard in the Alexa app.
