The Cable Techniques CT-CVX-324 ConnvertX-3 Selectable Gender Cable (24� / 60.96 cm) from Redding Audio is an interface cable for various devices with balanced TA3M connections. It has a selectable gender XLR-3 connector so it can be used as either an input or output cable via a device�s TA3M connector. This cable can be used with Sound Devices 442, 552, and 7-series recorders and field mixers.
Selectable gender XLR-3 so it can be used as either an input or output cable via a device's TA3 male connector
Allows you to input an XLR-3 mic/line signal via the TA3M connections for inputs 5-8 on a 788T Recorder
Allows you to use the TA3M direct outputs by adjusting the XLR ConvertCon shell to male
Eliminates the need to carry twice the amount of TA3 cabling
