Camplex SMPTE 311M Female to Duplex LC Fiber Optic Adapter
The SMPTE 311M Female to Duplex LC Fiber Optic Adapter from Camplex is a passive breakout box intended to convert SMPTE 311M hybrid fiber cables to duplex LC fiber cables. It allows for simple integration of conventional riser rated fiber cables increases in hybrid fiber infrastructure and increases the distance for reliable camera connections. It features an extruded aluminum housing suitable for harsh production environments with fiber connectors recessed to prevent damage and a square design to prevent rolling. It is suitable for sports broadcasting in stadiums and related applications.
Note: Some Camera/CCU setups may require continuity between the copper conductors found within a SMPTE 304 connector to remain intact.
