VQA3S-S24-D15-S is a 7-pin SIP isolated DC-DC converter designed with IGBT and SiC drivers application. Featuring dual unregulated outputs, an extended temperature range, short circuit protections and high efficiency, this DC-DC converter is best suited to provide a fully isolated gate drive for wind turbine and solar panel applications. Certified by to 62368, UL/cUL, designed to meet 62368, EN/IEC.
