Print engineering-grade components with the 1.75mm PolyMax PC Filament from Polymaker. Combining heat and impact-resistant properties into a single filament makes this ideal for advanced users looking to create mechanical parts that can withstand prolonged use.
PolyMax PC uses Polymaker's Nano-reinforced technology to enhance mechanical properties to the filament, improving toughness and strength suitable for a wide range of uses. This filament has a printing speed of 30 to 50mm/s, nozzle temperature of 482 to 518°F, and heated bed temperature of 90 to 221°F. Each spool comes in a vacuum sealed bag with a desiccant bag, preventing moisture and humidity from affecting the filament when not in use.
It is recommended to use an enclosure with this PolyMax PC filament to prevent breathing in harmful particles
This material can be annealed right after printing to help strengthen your prints
