The PM501A Manfrotto-Type Quick Release Plate with Arca-Type Clamp from ProMediaGear is compatible with Manfrotto 501PL, RC3, RC5, and NG Heads. The PM501 plate slides into the compatible head, and at the top of the plate is a built-in clamp that accepts Arca-type plates, making both systems compatible with each other.
